Why Us?
Reason #1: 10 Years of experience.
We’ve been running link building campaigns for our own projects and client’s projects for over a decade. We’ve mastered all of the steps involved in the process, such as building compelling outreach campaigns, writing effective email copy, handling objections that our outreach targets may have, and most importantly, knowing how to pivot when things aren’t working.
Reason #2: Subject matter expertise across industries
Content is the most important part of a link building campaign. If the content you’re pitching is amazing, then even a bad pitch can land a backlink placement. For our content, we hire external subject matter experts to write within our own content and editorial processes. This is important because the bloggers and journalists we reach out to want to have good content for their readers, which means it needs to speak from an expert voice. We accomplish this with our proprietary recruitment processes and internal workflows, which means we can win placements on the best websites in your industry that your customers actually read!
Reason #3: Google likes our links
Many agencies will pay for backlinks or use spammy tactics to acquire their backlinks, but our methods are based on earning backlinks or content placements editorially. This is the method of acquiring backlinks that Google prefers, and is why spammy methods of acquiring backlinks, like paying for them or using a PBN, result in short term wins that Google then discovers and penalizes. Our link building campaigns are focused on earning backlinks rather than spamming or paying for them, which results in new traffic and sales for your website that are sustainable.
Why most businesses don't do link building in-house:
Reason #1: Scalability
If you hire in-house, this becomes a whole other branch of your business that will require management and operational efficiencies. Even if you build a team of freelancers, you have to manage them and may run into inconsistent work style and quality.
It’s not just the labor that needs to scale, either. When sending cold emails, which is much of what’s involved in link building, you need an email deliverability infrastructure that doesn’t land your backlink pitches in the spam folder.
We’ve been doing link building for 10 years and are set up to scale with an established process, team, and infrastructure. This means that as your business grows and your link building needs increase, we can grow with you without compromising on work quality or outreach performance.
Reason #2: Required skills and expertise
The necessary set of skills and expertise required to run a link building campaign is vast:
If one person possesses all of these skills, they’re going to command a very high salary. Not only that, but if their area of focus is on all of the above, they become generalists rather than specialists.
A team can outperform an individual because we can specialize in the parts of the whole. We hire and train specialists for each of the roles above individually so that we can execute every step of our link building with precision and attention to detail.
Reason #3: Relationships
With our decade of link building experience, we’ve developed relationships with hundreds of bloggers and journalists, and continue to do so every single day for all of our clients. While this doesn’t mean we can guarantee placements on their websites, it does mean that our pitches get more attention and we can leverage past industry-specific content samples to win placements.

Link building FAQ
A link building agency is exactly what it sounds like: it’s a company that specializes in getting links from reputable websites back to your website, usually with cold email outreach. Backlink building can be done for promotional reasons, but it’s often done to improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) performance.
We have a very powerful team. The three factors that impact SEO the most are the technical aspects of your website, the quality and effectiveness of your content at giving searchers exactly what they’re looking for, and your ability to earn (not buy) backlinks to your website. VERY few companies are good at all of these things, but we excel at all of them. This means we have a top-notch team that can execute SEO campaigns in the most competitive markets, which we’ve done before.
We focus everything on the user. Google wants good experiences for their users, and their algorithm is designed to measure user experience signals. It used to be the case that they just read what’s on the page and sort it, but now they use advanced AI algorithms to measure user behavior signals at a massive scale. With computing power becoming more advanced, the computing power of these algorithms will accelerate and the ability for Google to understand their users will only become better, making our type of work much more important in the future even than today. This is true with how Google analyzes backlinks, too, and is why buying them won’t work anymore. In link building, our user-focused approach means that we’re able to determine what websites Google likes in your industry and develop content that your industry’s journalists and bloggers want to share with their users.
It depends on how the campaigns perform, which can vary by industry, website, and even geographic location. Other link building companies or SEO services charge per link, but they also buy them, which is against Google’s spam policies. With our services, rather than paying for the links, you pay for the outreach services. We conduct manual outreach to influencers, bloggers, and journalists in your niche with campaigns designed to attract high-quality links naturally. These are the types of links that get your website in the SERPs. Even if you’re a startup.
Remember, even Google says that the number of links doesn’t actually matter when attributing links to rankings and that it’s more about quality placements.
That depends on what you mean by “results.”
Does “results” mean we get some opportunities and conversations going? About 3-4 weeks.
Does “results” mean we’ve landed a few links? 2-4 months depending on the type of campaign we run, which is decided based on your overall business objectives.
Looking to see ranking improvements? Well, this depends on how many links your competitors have for a specific keyword or set of keywords, and how many of them Google is even counting toward ranking improvements, which we can’t know. For websites in less competitive industries, ranking improvements can be seen just a few weeks after a link is earned. For most websites, however, this usually happens in 4-6 months.
In fact, Google says that the number of links doesn’t actually matter when attributing links to rankings and that it’s more about quality placements.
We also can’t know what link building strategies or SEO plans your competitors have in the coming months.
We also don’t know how they’ll react to our effort. They can see it through their SEO tools, after all.
So, again…it depends.🤷🏻♂️
The best we can do is continue to invest in intelligent ways to chase backlinks. That’s how any good link builder would handle link building internally at a business, and that’s how we do it for you.
For link building, you’ll get the following:
Yes! If you’re a digital marketing agency or are offering marketing services, we can help!
While other providers buy backlinks, we pride ourselves on offering some of the best link building services available with our PR-style outreach. If this is the type of work you want to deliver to your clients, we can help!
White-label work is usually done via guest posting services that are designed to get links for multiple clients at a time. This scales outreach in a way that lowers the link cost to you per client. Contact us to discuss your needs, or explore details on our white label link building services page.
Our team is stacked with link building experts who are specifically trained to execute SEO link building campaigns in any industry. We know how to speak to bloggers and journalists, and how to make them want to link to something.
Based on the needs of your website and the availability of or willingness to invest in content, we run one or multiple of the following link building campaigns for you:
We also offer digital PR, but that’s a different type of service than link building and is a bit more involved.
We don’t do any black hat link placements. In fact, we report link sellers.
Some of us, yes. It depends on the job. If we need to do outreach in Germany for an international client, we’ll need to hire someone in Germany and train them on the practices of our outreach service. This enables us to hire the best people for the spot, regardless of their geography.
Our team is remote, which means we have people all over the world who work for us. This includes writers because sometimes a writer who knows the subject matter isn’t readily available domestically. However, the content is always edited in-house by a local editor who specializes in that language. Regardless of the build of your team, we always make sure we hit certain KPIs that drive success for our clients. Whatever the case, you have an SEO expert on your project at all times.
We’re an SEO agency, so we understand why you’d want to choose your anchor text. When it comes to backlinks, anchor text one of the biggest factors that Google considers in the link.
Unfortunately, while we understand that this is an important part of an SEO strategy, we can’t guarantee any specific anchor text placement. High-quality websites won’t allow us to make specific demands. They are, after all, allowing us to reach their audience in a way that, from their perspective, drives brand awareness for you.
So if we ask too much of them, they’ll end up rejecting the content because we’ll come off as selfish. This doesn’t look good for you and can hurt our relationships with webmasters.
They can, yes! Many people think that quality link building means domain authority, but for some campaigns, referral traffic is the goal. If you’re an eCommerce brand and we can get you on a product list with 4,000 monthly readers, that’s something we’ll aim to chase when we build a campaign for you! Our link building techniques are often leveraged for SEO, but they can be aimed at traffic acquisition as well!
We usually aim for 20 or higher as a baseline goal, and we use Ahrefs’ metric of domain rating because that’s where we do a lot of our work to find outreach contacts. We can aim for higher, but often it drives up the cost per link because it takes us more time to find prospects and it can impact our response rates. While domain authority is important, it’s more important that the link is fitting for the page that it’s placed on, and that the website is seen as authoritative in your industry. Keep in mind also that domain authority is something that SEO tools use to estimate a website’s authority, but these tools generally go only off of backlinks while Google may consider other factors.
Yes we do! We usually do local guest posting or localized digital PR, or reach out to lists online to feature your business. You can read about how we do these in our local SEO guide.
Local link building clients usually don’t need a very large budget. The smallest plan is good for most websites, unless you’re in a very competitive niche like legal where the cost per click is high and everyone else is also doing a lot of link building.
